No video calls on iPhone 4

Indian users can make a video call via WiFi but not 3G provide a
disabled application designed by Apple.

Apple iPhone 4, the most unique device that is capable of video
calling over 3G mobile networks is considered, despite the
fourth-generation smartphone.
